CRM - User Manual

1. A Welcome email will be set to your enrolled email ID by the InfySEC uphold group.

Click the connection see profile, to the underneath URL it will be diverted to cr.minfysec.com login page



2. crm.infysec.com login page view


3. When you log in, you will see the dashboard page



4. Click on the Project Tasks to see the undertakings identified with that specific venture.



5. On the Task page, you will have the option to see the project related documents uploaded and the remarks posted by InfySEC for that specific venture task. You can add comments to communicate to the team working on the project.



6. In the equivalent beneath you can discover the remarks posted on that specific undertaking.



7. Discussions:

We can make conversations and view the current conversations to speak with the InfySEC group, whenever required.



8. In the Files section, the records identified related to the project can be posted and downloaded
